Starting at 7:30 pm, celebrate New Year’s Eve like a Rock Star! By popular demand, the Killer Queen will accompany all those spending the last evening of the year at the Hard Rock Cafe to welcome 2020 together
On December 31st, choose the Hard Rock Cafe in Florence for an unforgettable party, from dinner to the homage to the immortal voice of Freddie Mercury by one of the most appreciated tribute bands to Queen in Europe, also enjoying the evening with the sought-after DJ Mark Renton.
Starting at 7:30pm, there will be music with Mark Renton’s DJ Set and live music with the KILLER QUEEN, official Queen performers since 1995 while you enjoy a mouth-watering dinner! Music and lots of dancing and happy entertainment on the last day of the year, where even children are welcome to be part of the party.

Here is the evening’s menu, both in basic and vegetarian versions where needed, for adults and children.
NEW YEAR’S EVE 2020 MENU
STARTER
Mini jumbo combo (tomato and basil bruschetta – crispy golden onion rings – roasted chicken wings – spring rolls – Tupelo chicken tenders).
The mini jumbo combo for the vegetarian version is as above but replaces the chicken with cheddar-filled potato skins and avocado slices.
FIRST COURSE
Fresh Salmon – Grilled salmon fillet wrapped in a cedar leaf served with sweet chili sauce, fresh chicory salad and sliced radish.
Fresh Beet Side Salad – Fresh beetroots and oranges flavored with a mix of cabbage, baby spinach and a lemon and herb vinaigrette, sprinkled with goat cheese and toasted pumpkin seeds.
The vegetarian version includes the Fresh Beet Side Salad above plus the Moving Mountains® Burger – a 100% vegan burger with fresh salad, tomato, avocado slices and crispy fried onion, served with homemade fries.
SECOND DISH
Roasted Beef Wellington – a Wellington fillet served medium rare, garnished with a bouquet of vegetables, a red wine reduction sauce and mashed potatoes.
The vegetarian version instead has the Veggie Fajitas – Classic Tex-Mex style vegetarian fajitas, served with fresh pico de gallo, Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, homemade guacamole, sour cream and hot tortillas.
DESSERT
Special Brownie – a warm chocolate brownie with a peppermint-flavored white chocolate sauce, whipped cream and sugar crystals.
Vanilla Ice Cream with Marinated Fresh Strawberries
